1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water (cornstarch slurry)
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Manchurian Balls:
In a mixing bowl, combine the sooji, grated vegetables, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, and salt.
Gradually add water to form a thick batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
