  • 2 green chilies, slit

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Wash the rice and moong dal together until the water runs clear. Soak them in water for about 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    • Chop and prepare the vegetables.
