2 tomatoes (pureed)
1/4 cup cashews (soaked in warm water)
1/4 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons ghee or oil
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Instructions
Prepare the Cashew Paste: Blend the soaked cashews with a little water to make a smooth paste. Set aside.
Cook the Onions and Tomatoes: Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
Add the Spices: Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder to the pan. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Add Tomato Puree: Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the masala, stirring occasionally.
Add Cashew Paste and Milk: Add the cashew paste to the pan and mix well. Pour in the milk and bring the mixture to a boil.
